Our Story
How the name come about?
The story starts when a few friends gathered around having coffee and felt the need to help break cultural barriers and stop all this " Hate". Hence " Why Hate" , so we decided on a similar phrase that would be less intense but delivers the same message.
Our Mission
How will Neden Benci encourage cultural awareness?
When Posting Products online an explanation of the products' origins and materials used to make the products will be available to empower the individual, product and cultural experience.
How will Neden Benci introduce the global citizen to the local city, town or village?
Every product displayed will have its original designers and hand craftsmen acknowledged. Some makers will be available for contact through social media while others will be contacted through us as not everyone has access to internet yet.
How will Neden Benci break cultural barriers?
Getting to know other humans through language, phrases and stories will help us realise that somethings in the human race are just the same.
From time to time words in different languages and dialects will be introduced on our social media pages. Words like “Good morning” and “Hello” vary from place to place but in the end it’s a nice way to “Greet” others.
Our Purpose
What is our purpose?
- To Encourage cultural awareness through acts of humanitarianism.
- To Introduce the Global Citizen of earth to the local citizen of the city, town, village.
- To Break cultural barriers by learning phrases and words from different backgrounds and societies.
- To Support Orphans around the world without institutionalizing them but letting them live amongst their communities and families.
- To Support the Orphans schooling and further education so they are able to benefit themselves and the society around them.
- To Inform the ill-informed about how some products reach around the world and to help those that are at the beginning of the production line gain more independence.
